  On one of the busiest days where ambulances were like flying pigs and staff were stretched worse than Stretch Armstrong, staff were like swans...calm, reassuring and kind...paddling furiously underneath. The receptionist was lovely and polite and the lady on security was such a support to me, making phone calls for me and even came round and gave me a cuddle when i was upset, the doctor didn't leave my husband until the ambulance arrived and was watching and checking him all the time..so dedicated. What does get to me is some of the patients who let their children use it as a playground, racing around the chairs, throwing things across the floor screaming and shouting and pulling all the paper towels out in the loos, dreadful behaviour and the parents should be accountable for their own children, yes i know its a boring and long winded process, but its not a day out, people are sick and some ..quite ill. The staff do an amazing job under very trying circumstances. Thank you.
