  I have used them once after several phone calls and missed appointments . They are very unreliable. Charged me £ 95.00 to fix my fridge freezer, for what just to defrost and clear the the drain. I had no choice but had to go with their words hoping it would fix the problem. But after a week later same problem occurred again fridge icing up and and fridge not keeping the steady cool temperture.
  I have phoned them they said they're coming down but haven't turned up.
  I will never use them ever again and would not recommend to anyone.
